Road rage in Station Road, Irchester

Police officers investigating an incident in Station Road, Irchester, are appealing for witnesses and dash-cam footage.

Shortly after 9am on Thursday, September 18, an altercation occurred between the driver of a white van and the rider of a white electric bike, who had failed to comply with a temporary red traffic light.

Officers investigating this incident believe the area would have been busy at the time of the incident and would like to hear from anyone who can help identify the rider of the electric bike.

He is described as white, in his teens, about 5ft 10in and of a slim build. He was wearing all black clothing and a balaclava and riding a white Sur-ron electric bike with black handles and a black and white frame.

Witnesses or anyone with information, including dash-cam footage, are asked to contact Northamptonshire Police on 101 or alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
