Theft from a vehicle

Dear Resident

We are appealing for information after a Skoda was broken into, whilst parked on Trinity Close, Daventry.

The incident occurred between Sunday 17th Aug 2025, at 00:00am & Monday 18th Aug 2025 at 02:08pm

Between stated times, unknown person/s has entered Victim’s vehicle, once inside items stolen from within.

We are keen to hear from anyone who may have any information relating to the theft of these items or that may have been in the area around the time of the incident and heard or seen anything suspicious. Please call us on 101 quoting reference number 25000486480 or report to us online here.

There are some simple but effective things you can do to help protect your vehicle:

Park your car in a garage or driveway if possible, or on a busy, well-lit road. Choose a ParkMark® accredited public car park wherever possible

Never leave anything on display in your car. The cost to repair damage to the vehicle will usually exceed the value of the theft

Drivers of some Toyota and Honda vehicles and some 4 x 4’s should install measures to deter theft of catalytic converts e.g Catloc | Catalytic Convertor Theft Protection
