Theft from a vehicle

Dear Resident

                                Following several thefts from vehicles in the last 24 hours we would like to offer some advice to residents to help deter theft.

Always lock your car and avoid leaving valuables visible inside. Opportunistic thieves are drawn to unlocked cars and items left on display, such as electronics, bags, and personal documents. Even seemingly small items like loose change can be tempting to thieves. If you must leave valuables in your car, store them out of sight, ideally in the trunk or glove compartment, or take them with you.
