We recognise the concern and upset within the Sikh community following the Henry Nowak case. We understand that incidents like this can heighten tensions and cause uncertainty, and we want to reassure you that we are taking this matter seriously.

Neighbourhood policing teams will be increasing patrols around the Gurdwaras to provide reassurance and maintain community safety. We are also engaging with local community leaders to ensure support is available and that your concerns are heard.
