Northamptonshire Police are currently recruiting PCSO's.

Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) are an essential part of neighbourhood policing in Northamptonshire. Patrolling the streets and engaging with the public every day, PCSOs are the face of policing within our communities. They are approachable and offer reassurance, help build trust and provide vital support that helps to make our towns and villages safer and stronger.

Being a PCSO is a challenging and satisfying role – with no powers of arrest, communication and problem-solving skills are key tools. Working at the heart of each Neighbourhood Policing Team, our PCSOs complement and support their police officer colleagues, helping fight crime and protect people across Northamptonshire.
